The role offers leadership growth and exposure to advancing grid technologies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience such as line or project management.
• 3–5 years of experience managing large EPC turnkey projects.
• Experience with HV substations or FACTS projects.
• Knowledge of power electronic devices is an advantage.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Project Lead Engineers to deliver power quality solutions.
• Oversee project execution to meet schedule, cost, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate activities across system design, electrical, mechanical, controls, and studies.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to support delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and competency development programs.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and contract requirements.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental culture on projects.
• Escalate engineering challenges and maintain stakeholder relationships.
