You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with product and security, and drive resilient, scalable solutions while promoting ownership and learning.

The role requires a Master’s degree and several years of experience with NodeJS, Java, Spring, and cloud-native microservices, along with strong data and security controls.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS, CIS, or related field and 4 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong NodeJS, TypeScript, and Java development expertise.
• Hands-on with microservices, REST/SOAP/GraphQL, and cloud services.
• Experience with databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Cassandra.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high impact technology solutions across Private Banking and Payments platforms.
• Lead engineering teams for customer experiences, backend services, and data flows.
• Own end-to-end engineering outcomes from design to production.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Risk, Security, and stakeholders.
• Drive AI-native tool adoption and secure, resilient technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and foster ownership and continuous learning.
