Qualifications

• Masters degree in CS/IS or related field with 4 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and developing applications and microservices.
• Strong background in NodeJS/Java/Spring stack and modern cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high impact technology solutions across Private Banking and Payments platforms.
• Oversee mission-critical systems supporting customer experience, money movement, and fraud controls.
• Lead and retain engineering teams responsible for client experiences, backend services, and data flows.
• Own engineering outcomes end-to-end from design to production readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Risk, Security to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Drive technical strategy for systems involving payments, approvals, and data integration.
• Establish engineering practices: code quality, testing, release discipline, and operational readiness.
• Ensure incremental delivery balancing speed, quality, and regulatory obligations.
• Identify and reduce technical and security risk across the software lifecycle.
