Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Ten (10) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and operational oversight for the Engineering Department, ensuring continuity of departmental functions, decision-making, and service delivery.
• Leads construction projects.
• Responsible for maintaining the operations budget for the department.
• Ensures ongoing support of regulatory compliance initiatives and survey readiness.
• Maintains open communication with the Department Director regarding challenges and progress.
