Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance and Instrumentation team to support 24/7 operations.
• Develop long-term maintenance strategy and CMMS integrations.
• Ensure calibration programs meet cGMP and safety standards.
• Oversee audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and staffing with a focus on reliability.
• Travel up to 10% domestically or internationally.
