Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering (required).
• Minimum 7+ years progressive engineering experience with at least 5 years in people leadership.
• Demonstrated track record delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in a Technical Customer contact role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial product environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering Strategy: own and execute the engineering roadmap with clear priorities and timelines.
• Drive Project Delivery: oversee end-to-end execution within budget and quality targets.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: define requirements with customers, operations, and leadership.
• Build & Develop Talent: recruit, lead, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Manage Day-to-Day Operations: allocate resources and balance workloads.
• Own Budget & Performance: manage budgets and track KPIs.
• Ensure Quality & Continuous Improvement: champion best practices and root-cause problem solving.
• Manage Risk & Escalation: identify risks and communicate with senior leadership.
