Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering.
• Minimum 5 years leadership experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• 6+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or product development environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
• Experience with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Stage Gate).
• Knowledge of design-for-manufacturability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software).
• Develop cross-training programs to build team versatility.
• Provide strategic direction and align engineering activities with company goals.
• Drive projects to meet time and budget constraints.
• Coordinate cross-discipline design efforts for seamless system integration.
• Collaborate with international teams on strategic projects.
• Oversee embedded controls software development and alignment with hardware.
• Champion manufacturability and reliability across disciplines.
