Checkr, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Mortgage Verifications team. You will lead cross-functional efforts with product managers and stakeholders to design and launch scalable, compliant features that powerTruework and Checkr offerings.

You will guide architecture improvements, mentor engineers, and drive delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and security across a regulated product space.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an engineering manager.
• 8+ years as an engineer.
• Experience delivering at scale on regulated products.
• Strong TDD, pair programming and agile practices.
• Ability to prioritize quickly and thoughtfully.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical vision for the Mortgage Verifications team.
• Collaborate with product management to build new features.
• Reduce technical debt and scale architecture.
