What you'll do

- Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, and agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of system design, service architecture, and lean development principles.
- Capable of prioritizing complex tasks and making swift, informed decisions.
- Proven experience in creating inclusive teams that value diversity and encourage growth.
