Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years in an engineering management role.

  • Experience building scalable products in regulated sectors.
  • Proficient in TDD, pair programming, and agile methods.
  • Strong system design and lean development understanding.
  • Ability to prioritize complex tasks and make timely decisions.
  • Proven ability to build inclusive teams and take ownership.

What you'll do

Requirements

  • Experience in building and maintaining scalable products in highly regulated sectors.
  • Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, and agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of system design, service architecture, and lean development principles.
  • Capable of prioritizing complex tasks and making swift, informed decisions.
  • Proven experience in creating inclusive teams that value diversity and encourage growth.
  • A proactive approach, resilience in the face of challenges, and a strong sense of ownership.
