• 12+ years of experience in engineering management.

• Proven track record of delivering engineering programs.

• Hands-on technical leadership capability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of software engineers, provide strategic direction and technical leadership.
• Drive the team toward optimizing development practices and ensuring technical excellence.
• Review and guide team on technical design documents covering all aspects of modules and components.
• Develop quality code using OOP concepts with Microsoft tools and languages including Python and Golang.
• Oversee project timelines ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
• Create roadmaps and project plans.
• Remain involved in all stages of the development life cycle.
• Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals with stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and critical path.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify issues, and devise contingency plans.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure product aligns with program objectives and goals.
• Create a clear communication plan with all team touchpoints, progress, dependencies and KPIs.
• Conduct demos with business stakeholders and sign off on deliverables.
• Create and publish weekly and monthly status reports.
• Drive QBR reviews with customers.
