Job summary

Colossus Technologies Group is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team building SaaS, e-commerce, and consumer-facing applications. The role blends people leadership, technical direction, and hands-on development when needed.

You will partner with product and business teams, mentor engineers, drive architecture with C#, Azure, React, and SQL Server, and expand AI tools and automation to improve delivery, quality, and system reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience.
• 2+ years technical leadership and people management.
• Experience delivering SaaS platforms, e-commerce products, or consumer-facing web applications and APIs.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture.
• Ability to mentor engineers while guiding technical decisions and project delivery.
• Interest in applying AI development tools to improve engineering productivity.
