EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled .NET Tech Lead to guide development teams in building scalable, high‑quality software solutions. You will steer technical decisions, ensure timely delivery, and mentor engineers across disciplines.

In this role, you’ll lead architecture and design discussions, drive testing strategies, and collaborate with product and operations teams to minimize debt while maximizing business value. This position emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET and C#.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Docker.
• Strong unit testing and test-driven development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Nice to have Kubernetes, Angular or React front-end exposure.
• English level at least B2.
