Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Engineering Team Lead to manage and deliver multiple control system projects. You will lead a team, coordinate with BD and project managers, and ensure technical and commercial success while mentoring staff.

Role requires strong leadership, 13+ years experience, PE licensure or certifications, and ability to travel up to 50% as needed. You will drive design philosophy and ensure QMS compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science; Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or other pertinent curriculum combined with relevant technical experience.
• Typically, 13+ years of experience.
• Proven Track Record: 3+ years as Sr. Engineering Team Lead or equivalent.
• Professional Engineering Licensure and/or recognized industry certification(s) that are commensurate with requirements of job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology and domain expertise; participate in workshops and publish; benchmark best practices.
• Collaborate with BD team to develop technical proposals and presentations for customers.
• Coordinate with project managers across multiple projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of technical work.
• Mentor teams with industry experience; provide expert feedback and guidance.
• Drive design philosophies and procedures; share knowledge through training.
• Ensure adherence to the company QMS and use of MS Project or equivalents.
