Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related discipline.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co‑ops, research experience, academic count!).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive data‑driven decisions.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10‑25% as business needs dictate.
• Proven leadership potential and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Intelligent Controls & Automation (ICA) design, development, and implementation of complex control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions.
• Lead Mechanical Design & Development (APS) across product and process development with prototyping and technology identification.
• Drive Manufacturing Process Development (MPD) translating R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes and optimize production lines.
• Oversee Converting & Packing Engineering for advanced packaging technology and process optimization.
• Lead Instrumentation & Metrology for precision systems in quality control.
• Guide Robotics Engineering concepts and integration for manufacturing tasks.
• Oversee Environmental & Civil Engineering tasks including sustainability and site infrastructure.
• Provide Technical Leadership to build long‑term capability and adopt digital solutions.
