Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience: 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research experience, academic count!).
• Technical curiosity and analytical skills to identify root causes and develop technical solutions.
• Project mindset: ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets in a manufacturing setting.
• Leadership and collaboration: strong interpersonal skills and cross-team communication.
• Agility and drive: adaptable to changing scope, proactive and self-driven.
• Mobility: willingness to relocate and explore assignments across locations.
• Travel: ability to travel 10-25% as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions.
• Lead all phases of mechanical process/equipment development and prototyping; identify emerging technologies.
• Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes and optimize production lines.
• Advance material conversion and high-speed packaging technologies.
• Oversee precision instrumentation, metrology systems, and quality control improvements.
• Drive robotics solutions development and integration for manufacturing tasks.
• Lead sustainable engineering initiatives and ensure HS&E/Quality standards.
• Build long-term technical capability and adoption of digital solutions.
