Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research, or academic count).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify root causes and drive technical decisions.
• Leadership potential and the ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to relocate throughout your career; travel 10-25% as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions.
• Lead mechanical process/equipment development and prototyping; deliver disruptive solutions using modeling and hands-on prototyping.
• Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes; optimize production lines and manage supplier qualifications.
• Oversee material conversion and high-speed packaging engineering and drive process optimization.
