The role offers ownership from Day 1, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to work on cutting-edge automation initiatives in dynamic environments. Travel and relocation support are available as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience (internships/co-ops acceptable).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision abilities.
• Leadership potential with collaboration across diverse teams.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10–25%.
• Understanding of industrial automation and control systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex control systems and automation.
• Oversee mechanical design/development, prototyping, and technology validation.
• Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes and packaging improvements.
• Drive materials conversion and high-speed packaging engineering initiatives.
• Lead instrumentation, metrology, robotics, and environmental engineering efforts.
• Provide technical leadership and foster adoption of digital solutions while upholding HS&E/Quality standards.
