Job summary

Procter & Gamble seeks an Engineering Manager to lead technology efforts across manufacturing and technical centers in the US. You will drive intelligent controls, robotics, and process development, guiding teams from design to deployment on high‑impact projects.

You will mentor engineers, oversee equipment development, and advance digital solutions while ensuring HS&E and quality standards across sites. Requires 0–5 years’ experience and a strong engineering foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Materials Science, Packaging Science, Environmental, Civil).
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Project mindset to lead timelines, budgets and deliver results in manufacturing.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10-25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions.
• Lead all phases of mechanical process/equipment development and prototyping with 3D modeling and hands-on testing.
• Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes and validate packaging materials.
• Oversee conversion and packing engineering to optimize high-speed production.
• Lead instrumentation and metrology design, installation, and maintenance for quality control.
• Drive robotics initiatives from concept through integration in manufacturing tasks.
• Provide technical leadership and foster collaboration across diverse teams and sites.
