Comply is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing software team delivering scalable, cloud-native compliance software for thousands of clients. Qualifications

5+ years of engineering leadership experience including people management.
Strong full-stack development background with C#/.NET.
Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive a long-term technical roadmap.
Proficient in communicating with technical and non-technical audiences and senior leadership.
Experience building and deploying scaled cloud platforms and applications.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional engineering team, including QA and offshore engineers.
Own sprint planning, code reviews, deployment, and production reliability.
Set and uphold the technical bar with coding standards and secure, scalable solutions.
Collaborate with product and business to define and prioritize delivery and roadmap.
Foster ownership, inclusion, and continuous learning within the team.
Coach engineers at all levels and partner with recruiting to bring in talent.
Balance near-term delivery with platform health, innovation, and debt reduction.
Champion modern practices: CI/CD, agile, and Bitbucket version control.
Collaborate with other business units to inform product and commercial decisions.
