Job summary

Tailscale is seeking a senior Engineering leader to guide and grow a team of software engineers. You will provide guidance, mentorship, and career development while shaping technical direction across projects.

You will hire, nurture, and oversee engineers, drive cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design, and manage a critical production service with a focus on reliability and high availability in a remote-first, inclusive environment.

• Demonstrated leadership with experience managing and mentoring Engineering teams.
• Background building and operating production services with high availability.
