Job summary

ZipRecruiter, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineering leader to own the mission, execution, morale, and code quality of a high-performing team responsible for scaling web and data applications.

You will drive technical excellence and enable delivery at speed in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with product managers to maintain and execute the product roadmap, remove roadblocks, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced software development environment at scale.
• 2+ years of experience as a software engineering leader.
• Experience developing high traffic full stack web or data applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the mission, execution, morale, and code quality of your team.
• Partner effectively with product managers to maintain and execute against the product roadmap.
• Serve as a force multiplier for your team by removing roadblocks and implementing process improvements.
