You will guide the mission, morale, and code quality while partnering with product managers to execute the roadmap and drive impactful ML deployments. You will champion innovation, remove blockers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentorship across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced software development environment at scale.
• 2+ years of experience as a software engineering leader.
• Experience applying, developing, and deploying ML models for significant business impact.

Responsabilités

• Own the mission, execution, morale, and code quality of your team.
• Partner with product managers to maintain and execute against the product roadmap.
• Remove roadblocks and implement process improvements to scale the team.
