Job summary

APX Company is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering Department, guiding design, development, and support of custom sheet metal enclosures and fabricated products from concept to production.

The role partners with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver cost-effective solutions while building a high-performing team reporting to the Director of Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Experience leading engineering teams for sheet metal enclosures and fabricated assemblies.
• Strong CAD proficiency and knowledge of manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Engineering team to meet objectives.
• Oversee design and development of custom sheet metal enclosures.
• Review drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation for accuracy.
