Job summary
Procter & Gamble is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead technical excellence across our engineering centers and advanced manufacturing plants. You will guide teams, tackle complex challenges, and drive new product and process innovations, with accountability from Day 1.
Responsibilities include intelligent controls and automation, mechanical design, process development, packaging, instrumentation, robotics, and environmental engineering, with a focus on HS&E, quality, and leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline is required.
- 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
- Willingness to relocate and travel 10-25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of control systems and automation.
- Direct mechanical design and development across projects.
- Drive manufacturing process development and packaging engineering.
- Lead instrumentation, metrology, and robotics integration.
