Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline is required.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research, or academic counts).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of complex control systems, robotics, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Oversee mechanical process development, prototyping, and technology advancement.
• Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes and specifications.
• Drive material conversion and high-speed packaging technology development.
• Lead instrumentation, metrology, and quality improvements across production lines.
