Job summary

You will guide teams across ICA, APS, MPD, and other engineering disciplines to deliver innovative product and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 0–5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research).
• Strong analytical/problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines/budgets in manufacturing environments.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex control systems and automation.
• Oversee mechanical design, prototyping, and technology development across engineering domains.
• Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes and specifications.
• Drive material conversion, packaging technologies, and process optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams.
