Job summary

You will drive sophisticated control systems, robotics, and Industry 4.0 initiatives while shaping future capabilities and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 0–5 years of relevant experience, and willingness to relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related discipline.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research).
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, development, and implementation of complex control systems and automation.
• Lead mechanical design, prototyping, and technology development across projects.
• Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes and packaging tech.
• Guide instrumentation, metrology, robotics, and environmental engineering initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure HS&E/Quality standards.
