Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10-25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions.
• Lead all phases of mechanical process/equipment development and prototyping.
• Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes.
• Drive packaging material validation and process optimization.
• Lead instrumentation and metrology for quality control.
• Oversee robotics integration for manufacturing tasks.
• Ensure HS&E/Quality standards and technical leadership.
