Job summary

WellSky Corporation seeks an Engineering Manager to oversee design, architecture, and delivery of software solutions in the PACF business unit. You will lead a team of engineers, drive technical and operational success, and foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment.

You will shape architecture, implement best practices, promote code quality and DevOps pipelines, and mentor staff while leveraging AI tools to improve decision making and speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4 - 6 years related work experience.
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience of engineering teams.
• Strong comprehension of IBM i, RPGLE, DB2 SQL and full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI tooling; knowledge of OAuth2 and security frameworks.
• Experience with Agile teams, software versioning, and hot fixes.
• Knowledge of DevOps, pipelines, CI/CD and automation tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in cloud-native technologies.
