Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–12 years of related experience in software engineering.
• Experience designing and developing Web-based applications/SOA/microservice architectures using C#, MVC, Restful Web API, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of major systems and services for scalable, reliable software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements.
• Ensure high quality and reliability through code reviews and guidance to engineers.
• Provide technical guidance to elevate skills and productivity across teams.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and AI capabilities to improve efficiency and performance.
• Ensure code meets functional and performance requirements with rigorous testing (unit/integration).
• Leverage AI tools to enhance decision-making and workflows.
