Job summary

This is a hands-on leadership role with influence on architecture and team growth. You’ll own performance, hiring, and delivery health, participate in architecture discussions, and partner with the VP of Development to align technical strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building software with meaningful depth in .NET and React
• 3+ years managing software engineers with hiring and performance management
• Track record of raising a team’s productivity through coaching and honest people decisions
• Comfort operating without a playbook; adapt processes and roles as needed
• Fluency with AI-assisted development and its impact on team workflows
