Schneider Electric in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Technical Management Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of design engineers and tech leads across IPaCS projects. You will oversee end-to-end solutions from tendering to execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.

The role partners with Global Supply Chain and commercial teams, setting strategic direction and driving transformation initiatives while developing talent and ensuring performance objectives are met.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related field experience and strong performance.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and de-escalation skills with customers.
• Knowledge of processes, procedures, tools and equipment applications.
• Leads change to improve productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Drives reuse of design and moves ETO toward standard records.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall Project Engineering department.
• Manage people: goal setting, performance, development and engagement.
• Oversee department capacity and resource planning.
• Drive KPIs to ensure team and project success.
• Ensure compliance with objectives within product definitions and design intent.
• Continuously improve design knowledge, efficiency, quality and productivity.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality for internal and external customers.
• Lead site engineering performance and drive end-to-end transformation.
