Job summary
ALSAC seeks an Engineering Manager of Information Architecture to lead teams delivering enterprise information modeling, taxonomy, metadata management, and content labeling. You will drive data governance and modern security practices while aligning with donor engagement and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications
- Six (6) years of experience in information and/or data architecture, including strategy development and delivery oversight.
- Experience with Data Lake/Data Warehouse design and configuration across multiple domains.
- Strong analytical skills with data insights to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Leads and develops technical teams delivering information architecture and related platforms; mentors engineers and analysts.
- Partners with leadership to develop technical strategies and budgets.
- Ensures coaching, code reviews, and performance management for a high-performing team.
- Champions secure, scalable solutions and promotes common assets and modern design principles.
- Manages vendor relationships and ensures on-time, in-scope delivery.
- Oversees career development, growth plans, and training budgets.
- Collaborates with ITS and business stakeholders to align strategies with objectives.
