Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2–3 years directly managing engineering teams.
• Translate company direction into a strategic mission rooted in primary customer needs.
• Provide clarity to direct and dependent teams to maintain productivity and alignment on deliverables.
• Build inclusive teams with the right mix of skills and seniority to deliver business needs.
• Drive operational excellence through review of metrics, incidents, and post-mortems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and grow a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Define and execute ambitious roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact features and platforms.
• Lay out the technical vision for your area and participate in deep-dive architectural designs for scalable distributed systems.
• Drive execution and delivery of complex projects in ambiguous environments with scalable, sustainable systems.
• Establish and uphold best practices for code quality, system reliability, and engineering fundamentals metrics.
• Act as a bridge across the company, communicating technical insights and roadmaps to leadership and global partners.
