Job summary

Customer is seeking a Product Manager II to support our Workforce Management technology ecosystem, with a focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management. You will partner with Store Operations, HR, Legal, Vendors and Technology to deliver scalable labor solutions for thousands of retail employees across brands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems.
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG WFM / Kronos) strongly preferred.
• Ability to work U.S. onshore hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives without direct authority.
• Experience partnering with HR, Legal, Technology, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Workforce Management initiatives within the UKG Pro WFM platform.
• Collaborate with Store Operations, HR, Legal, Vendors and Technology to translate needs into scalable product solutions.
• Break down complex operational challenges into clear requirements and delivery plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and execution through stakeholder engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve labor forecasting, scheduling, and compliance capabilities.
• Prioritize backlog with vendors, engineering and platform teams.
• Facilitate requirement sessions and solution design discussions.
• Communicate delivery progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Leverage data to recommend process improvements and system optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and governance standards.
