Job summary

Foot Locker in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Kronos Engineer to design, implement, test, and maintain Kronos workforce management solutions across stores and corporate.

You will lead configuration and integration of UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Central, and related modules, perform audits, develop reports, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling, pay rules, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Sr. Engineer: 5+ years of experience
• 5+ years with UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Central 8.0+ (prefer 8.1)
• 5+ years with UKG Advanced Scheduler and Forecasting
• 5+ years with UKG Workforce Integration Manager and/or Boomi Integration Services
• 3+ years with Service Release installations and upgrades
• 3+ years with UKG Pro WFM Dashboards and Tiles
• 2+ years with UKG custom report writing

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize UKG Kronos workforce systems across stores and corporate.
• Lead forecasting, time and attendance, pay rules, and scheduling configuration.
• Audit Kronos system to ensure rule accuracy and data integrity.
• Configure access and interface mappings for data exchange.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure data integrity and continuous improvement.
• Analyze Kronos data for timely feeds and reporting.
• Develop workforce management reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate testing and UAT for Kronos application changes.
• Respond to ServiceNow requests for Workforce Systems issues.
