Qualifications

• Five years of engineering experience
• Two years of management experience
• Three years of mechanical trades experience
• Proficiency in English (read/write/speak)
• Hospitality industry experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of all equipment, systems, furnishings, and building components per preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Direct central plant operations, painting team operations, vendor management, water feature maintenance, fire alarm systems and internal/external project management.
• Assist Director of Engineering with department budgeting.
