Runware is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow its core engineering teams. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of people management, delivery, and technical decision-making.

You’ll build a high-performing team, ensure predictable delivery, and partner with Product, DevOps, and other engineering leaders to scale Runware’s platform.

The role demands strong backend expertise and a proven track record delivering complex projects end-to-end in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in management.
• Strong backend background (PHP, Python, Go, Rust or similar) with distributed systems knowledge.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering complex projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers in a fast-scaling environment.
• Own team execution: planning, prioritization, and delivery of engineering work.
• Act as a technical sounding board on system design, architecture, and trade-offs.
• Partner with Product, DevOps, and ML teams to align technical direction.
• Identify risks early and remove blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
