Social Discovery Group ищет опытного QA-архитектора для проектирования архитектуры тестирования крупного продукта и обеспечения надежности систем. Ваша роль включает руководство тестированием и балансировку скорости разработки с безопасностью качества.

Вы будете внедрять AI-агентно-управляемое тестирование, развивать тест-пайплайны и работать с инженерами и DevOps. Требуется высокий уровень владения русским языком и готовность работать в удаленном формате.

Qualifications

• Опыт выстраивания процессов тестирования для крупных проектов с требованиями высокой надежности (QA Architect/SDET/старший инженер по тестированию).
• Сильный инженерный бэкграунд: архитектура систем, бэкенд-сервисы, CI/CD и развёртывание.
• Умение работать с автоматизацией тестирования и интеграцией тестов в CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Проектировать и внедрять пайплайн тестирования end-to-end, включая pre-merge проверки и ночные запуски тестов.
• Определять стратегию качества для кода на базе ИИ и оценивать риски и покрытие тестами.
• Настраивать кросс-браузерное и мобильное UI-тестирование, оценивать внешние инструменты и сервисы.

Задачи:

• Design and build the end-to-end testing pipeline, including pre-merge checks, nightly test runs, and release and production gates
• Define a sustainable quality strategy for AI-generated code, identifying the highest risks and required test coverage
• Set up continuous automated UI testing across browsers and mobile devices, including AI-agent-driven testing; evaluate, select, and integrate external tools and services
• Own product reliability from a technical perspective, with a focus on critical financial flows
• Work with engineers and DevOps to embed quality into development and balance speed with safety
• Use AI agents daily to create, maintain, and evolve tests and testing tools
• Drive quality initiatives proactively and share best practices with the team

Требования:

• Proven experience building and owning testing processes for large, complex products with high reliability requirements, as a QA Architect, senior QA/SDET, or senior engineer responsible for testing strategy
• Strong engineering background, including understanding of system architecture, backend services, CI/CD, and deployment processes
• Hands-on experience with test automation and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Daily use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor as a core part of work, and genuine interest in AI-first development
• High autonomy and ownership, with the ability to take loosely defined problems, propose solutions, and drive them to completion without detailed specifications
• Willingness to work as a hands-on individual contributor in a small senior team
• Fluent Russian
