Требуется глубокое владение бэкендом, системным дизайном и опытом ведения продуктовой доставки в распределённых многоконтентных SaaS. Предусмотрен удалённый формат, конкурентная компенсация и гибкие бюджеты на обучение.

Formación

• 8+ лет в разработке ПО на старших позициях в SaaS/области B2B.
• Full-stack с акцентом на backend и проектирование систем.
• Опыт вывода продукта от discovery до продакшна.
• Ответственность за production-системы с последствиями для бизнеса.
• Опыт работы в распределённых многоконтентных SaaS и микросервисах.
• Умение применять ИИ там, где это ускоряет работу.
• Свободное владение английским языком.
• Будет плюсом: русский, DDD и наставничество.

Responsabilidades

The company builds a web-based B2B2C practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and worldwide. The platform supports firms’ everyday operations, including workflows, documents, payments, and communication with clients. It is profitable and bootstrapped, with an in-house engineering team in a fully remote international setup.

Задачи

• Own the architecture and technical direction of the assigned domain, making decisions for the long term
• Work with the PM to develop product hypotheses from discovery and challenge tasks that do not serve business goals
• Break work into independently shippable stages, set their order, and deliver them with AI coding agents, involving other engineers when needed
• Deliver features end-to-end across backend and frontend, test own work, and write automated tests
• Take accountability for shipped work in the domain, ensuring it works and remains stable
• Design systems and explain their operation and integrations to stakeholders and other teams
• Agree on domain contracts and dependencies with other domains
• Shorten the feedback loop from idea to users by shipping an MVP, gathering feedback, and delivering the next iteration
• Resolve blockers before they cause delays
• Raise engineering standards in the domain through design reviews, pairing, and direct feedback, and drive changes to standards when needed

Требования

• 8+ Years in software engineering, at least at a senior level
• Full-stack skills with deeper backend expertise and solid system design
• Experience leading product delivery from product tasks through breakdown to production
• High ownership: drive work to results without reminders and raise concerns when something does not make sense
• 3+ Years owning production systems where correctness had financial or legal consequences, including live data model changes and structural fixes after incidents
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and multi-tenant SaaS, including consistency, idempotency, partial failures, and data integrity
• Product mindset and readiness to dive into a complex business domain
• Sound judgment on AI in engineering, using it where it speeds up work while remaining accountable for shipped outcomes
• Fluent English
• Будет плюсом: Russian, practical DDD experience and teaching it to other engineers, staff- or architect-level ownership of a domain maintained by several teams, experience making coding agents effective on production codebases
