Storm2 is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the growth-focused engineering team building AI-native growth products for commercial insurance. You will work directly with founders and cross-functional leaders to shape the product and revenue strategy.

You will scale a high-performing team, drive experimentation and data-informed decisions, and own initiatives across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and monetisation to accelerate business growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience managing teams of 6+ engineers.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of product engineers
• Build products that directly impact customer growth and revenue
• Drive experimentation, testing, and rapid iteration
• Partner closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
