Job summary

Storm2 is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the growth-focused engineering team building AI-native growth products for commercial insurance. You will work directly with founders and cross-functional leaders to shape the product and revenue strategy.

You will scale a high-performing team, drive experimentation and data-informed decisions, and own initiatives across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and monetisation to accelerate business growth.

They're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for customer acquisition, onboarding, conversion, experimentation, and revenue-driving product initiatives.

This is a highly visible role working directly with founders and leaders across Product, Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
