Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation in Colorado Springs seeks an Engineering Manager for the C2BMC Regional ART to drive design, development and testing of RA ART applications. You will lead multiple agile teams, interface with CAMs and EVM staff, manage dependencies, and forecast staffing needs to meet cost and schedule commitments.

The role requires 8+ years in DoD systems, strong communication, and experience with Agile processes and Earned Value Management. A Top Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in DoD or similar complex systems.
• Experience delivering complex DoD software systems.
• Experience supporting Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience with customer relationship management and agile processes.
• Active DoD Final Secret clearance; TS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure engineering cost, schedule, and technical performance for product teams.
• Interface with CAMs and EVM staff to derive performance metrics.
• Manage dependencies between product teams and external partners.
• Report technical issues and support proposal development.
• Maintain backlog of features to meet commitments.
