Lockheed Martin is seeking a Network Team Lead for the C2BMC National Team to drive engineering excellence across the Network Enterprise. You will plan, organize, and execute activities for integrated capabilities, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver mission-capable systems for ballistic missile defense.

The role requires leading high-performance teams, managing ECPs, risk, and schedules, and ensuring adherence to DoD contract requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with nine+ years of experience or a Master’s/PhD with seven+ years
• Active 8140-compliant certification (Security+ or CISSP) and PMI/PM certification within 60 days of employment
• Experience leading high-performance teams on DoD systems
• Hands-on experience with network/infrastructure systems, Agile and DevOps practices
• Experience planning large-scale program activities, documentation, meetings, test events, and deployments for major systems
• Ability to analyze project information, balance long-term goals with delivery, and manage risk, schedule, and change requests

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning, organization, and execution of C2BMC Network Enterprise engineering activities
• Lead agile team planning to ensure priority and maturity
• Manage Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
• Coordinate resource de-confliction across Agile Release Trains
• Maintain team Hive structure with daily updates
• Contribute to standard metrics packages for program execution status
• Manage risk, schedule planning, and change requests
• Ensure compliance with engineering principles and customer contract requirements
• Maintain communication with program and engineering management on status and staffing
