Boeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization has a rare opportunity available for an Engineering Manager - Facilities and Infrastructure to join the Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) Center of Expertise (CoE) team on-site in Hazelwood, MO. As a key member of this dynamic Leadership team, the Engineering Manager will support the region with Engineering and technical support in Engineering fields including Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Structural and Architectural. The Midwest region includes Boeing sites in St. Louis, MO; St. Charles, MO and Oklahoma City, OK; with an expectation of travel within the Midwest region up to 25%.
You will lead a talented team of Engineers supporting the Facilities and Infrastructure that keep our Midwest manufacturing, R&D, and office operations running reliably and efficiently. This is a high impact leadership role where you will help shape technical solutions, coach and develop engineering talent, and partner with key stakeholders to impact complex opportunities across Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Capital/Project execution. Your team supports both day-to-day needs and long-term initiatives, providing critical input into the long-range capital plan that helps prioritize investments across our sites. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence strategy, strengthen performance, and make a lasting impact on the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our Midwest Boeing Facilities and associate assets.

Summary Pay Range: $126,650 - $171,350
