Job summary

Affirm is building an International Accelerator Engineering team in Europe and seeks an Engineering Manager to lead it. You will guide a full-stack Europe-based team delivering the affirm app and Direct-to-Consumer products for Canada, the UK, and future markets, owning the full software lifecycle from strategy to production.

You’ll hire, develop, and retain engineers at all levels, set ambitious career paths, and uphold a high bar for technical craft, reliability, and impact at scale.
