Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive execution for EPC power infrastructure projects, including substations, transmission lines, distribution, and energy storage. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with project management, construction, procurement, clients, and executives, and ensure technical quality and adherence to standards across projects.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of EPC requirements and QA

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of engineering execution on power infrastructure EPC projects.
