Job summary

Airtable is seeking Engineering Managers for the Enterprise engineering pillar to scale product experiences for our largest customers. You will lead a team focused on governance, security, and admin visibility in a hybrid work model, based in San Francisco or New York City with in-office collaboration 2–3 days a week.

You will partner with product and design to drive strategy, manage multiple high-priority projects, and grow engineers through mentorship and structured processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an engineer (staff or senior IC) and 2+ years as a manager or equivalent.
• Strong customer focus; partner with Product Management to define products and drive adoption.
• Experience navigating large, complex systems and leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience mentoring engineers and growing talent while prioritizing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow a team of engineers responsible for enterprise governance and trust infrastructure.
• Partner with engineering leaders to drive decisions and initiatives for high-quality, sustainable products.
• Coach and mentor engineers, including early-career staff, to maximize impact and career growth.
• Collaborate with product and design to align short- and long-term strategy for the team.
