Qualifications

• 5+ years as an engineer with staff or TL level IC experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong customer focus and collaboration with Product Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow a team of engineers responsible for enterprise systems and governance frameworks.
• Partner with engineering leaders to drive technical decisions for high-quality, scalable products.
• Mentor engineers and grow early-career staff while expanding team impact.
• Collaborate with product and design to align short- and long-term plans for the team.
• Implement scalable processes to maintain agility in a dynamic environment.
