Job summary
Ziegler Energy Solutions seeks an Engineering Manager with deep expertise in electrical power systems to lead design, integration, and engineering execution across distributed energy and infrastructure projects. You will drive BESS, Solar PV, and high-capacity EV charging deployments, ensuring practical, construction-ready solutions.
Responsibilities include leading electrical design packages, DCFC site planning, and interconnection coordination while mentoring staff and maintaining engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited institution required.
- Master's degree in engineering or engineering management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and approve full electrical design packages for BESS, Solar PV, and EV charging deployments.
- Oversee design of DCFC sites including load analysis and switchgear sizing.
- Provide senior technical guidance to Sales Engineering during scoping.
- Support project execution by resolving engineering questions during installation and commissioning.
- Manage system protection studies and device coordination.
